Wednesday, December 2, 2015
The new Ramada Resort Golden Beach resort, located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, will be the 14th Ramada property in Australia. The 130-room resort recently experienced $1.5 million in renovations to be rebranded from WorldMark Golden Beach Resort to a Ramada resort. Still part of the Wyndham Hotel Group, the newly renovated property will now be a mixed-use resort, appealing to both traditional hotel guests and vacation owners through WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham.
“Ramada is a globally recognized brand known not just for the tremendous quality of its offerings, but the unique, global destinations made available through its ever growing portfolio,” said Barry Robinson, president and managing director, Wyndham Hotel Group South East Asia and Pacific Rim. “Through this rebranding and renovation, we’re opening one of the area’s best resorts to a whole new set of global travellers and sharing all that Golden Beach and the Ramada brand have to offer with them.”
Ramada Resort Golden Beach will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and amazing views of Pumicestone Passage. Both hotel guests and vacation owners will be able to make use of a heated pool and spa, children’s playground, tennis court, game room, gym, restaurant and bar.
