Exploria Resorts Opens New Orlando Resort

Exploria Resorts

This March, Exploria Resorts will open the doors to its newest Orlando resort—601 The Reserve at Summer Bay Orlando. This 6-story, 46-unit luxury high-rise comes after 18-months of development and construction. Ownership at 601 The Reserve includes worldwide exchange benefits through the The Registry Collection Program®.

The Presidential Level was conceived with the thoughts of luxury and comfort, featuring a variety of floorplans including a three-bedroom suite, three-bedroom lockoff, and four-bedroom lockoff, with all suites featuring living and dining areas, kitchens and appliances, and large bedrooms. Guests of the Presidential Level will also receive access to a private pool and bar, fitness center, indoor Presidential Lounge and Bar, and a rooftop lounge where they can enjoy nearby daily evening fireworks.

President and CEO of Exploria Resorts, Paul Caldwell adds,

“These superior amenities coupled with extraordinary service and attention to every detail is what will make 601 The Reserve and especially The Presidential Level vacation experience, truly exceptional.”

Later this year, 601 The Reserve will welcome Soleil Spa. The spa will offer a full line up of massage therapy, skin and nail care treatments. Guests at 601 The Reserve will also be able to enjoy a host of other amenities such as water sport rentals, a Lakeside Marina and Aqua Park, 400+ acre resort campus including Buccaneer Bay Adventure Park, and mini golf. Of course this is in addition to what the city of Orlando already has to offer vacationers.
