Leader in luxury lodging, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, has just announced they will be opening their first resort property in Bermuda in the year 2018. This resort will be managed with George’s Bay Hotel Ltd. and George’s Bay Residences Ltd. under a long-term agreement that Ritz-Carlton has made.

Not only will this be the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve to open in Bermuda, but this will mark the third Ritz-Carlton property to open in the Caribbean and Latin America. It will follow the opening of Dorado Beach that occurred in 2012, and the anticipated opening of Puerto Los Cabos in 2018.

President and chief operating officer of The Ritz-Carlton, Herve Humler, commented on the excitement of opening a Reserve in Bermuda:

“We have watched Bermuda as a destination closely for many years and believe the timing has never been better to introduce what will be a one of a kind, luxury experience to the island. We are delighted to work with such an esteemed partner as George’s Bay Hotel Ltd. and we are confident that this resort will offer the most sophisticated travelers an exciting new destination to experience through the eyes of Ritz-Carlton Reserve.”

The resort will be located on the western end of Bermuda, with 2.5 miles of shoreline and an expansive peninsula that extends into the Great Sound. Ritz-Carlton Reserve prides itself in providing an extraordinary and truly luxurious vacation experience. This property will bring this notion to life by offering a personalized, top-notch, and intimate retreat for all who visit.
