Palace Resorts has recently partnered with the hospitality industry’s leading developer of mobile solutions, Runtriz, to release a new app experience for all of Palace Resorts’ eight oceanfront properties.

Both companies share a passion for innovation, consistency, and the ability to enhance guest experiences. The Palace Resorts App has a clean, rich design that is easy to navigate, allowing users to learn about the unbeatable amenities offered at Palace Resorts’ luxurious all-inclusive vacation resorts.

Features included on the Palace Resorts App are easy access to directions and information for unparalleled dining and amenities, AWE-Spa® treatments, golf outings, off-site excursions, and tours. Guests can also book and order all of these services through the app. Additionally, there is a calendar feature that allows visitors to seamlessly keep track of appointments, activities, and entertainment.

For added convenience, there is a built-in messaging feature that lets guests engage on social media networks as well as TripAdvisor. It also allows for mobile check out through the app.
