Vidanta Resorts Opens New Golf Course at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

Vidanta Resorts recently celebrated the opening of its newest course in the Vidanta Golf Collection—the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. As Mexico’s leading golf course operator and developer, Vidanta and Norman teamed up to build this championship course which will be open for full play after their Grand Opening Vidanta Celebrity Golf Invitational in October.

The course winds along the Ameca River, providing guests with awe-inspiring views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and Banderas Bay. The par 73 course features 18 gorgeous holes surrounded by Guanacaste trees, native grasses, and jungle scenery. The course also presents the world’s longest golf cart suspension bridge, connecting Nayarit and Jalisco across the Ameca River.

Greg Norman will be appearing for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at the Vidanta Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament on October 13th through the 15th. The celebrity golfers, current and former professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, and NBA, and their partners will enjoy a weekend full of activities in addition to the tournament rounds. Private parties will be available, along with a spa treatment for non-playing spouses or guests, and excellent amenities courtesy of Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta.
