Benchmark Hospitality International announces plans to open a new 878 room all-suite resort in Orlando called The Grove Resort & Spa. Located on Lake Austin, just minutes away from Walt Disney World, The Grove Resort & Spa will use its 106-acre property to incorporate more of Central Florida’s conservation grounds.
The resort is set to feature a world-class, family-friendly water park and some unique amenities including the first surf simulator at any Orlando hotel, a lazy river, four swimming pools, and a variety of dining options including full-service restaurants, bars, and a large scale grab-and-go marketplace. The Grove Resort & Spa has been declared the largest development of its kind and will be set to open its first phase in February 2017 with 184 two and three-bedroom residential-style guest suites.
The nearby attractions are plentiful in The Grove Resort & Spa. The resort is located only three miles away from Walt Disney World Resort’s Western Way entrance and is in close proximity to the best amusement parks such as the Magic Kingdom Park, Animal Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando, shopping centers, dining options, LEGOLAND Florida and much more.
