Westin Nanea Ocean Villas Set to Open in Summer 2017

An all-new Westin resort is about to hit the shores of Maui. Westin Nanea Ocean Villas, the newest offering from Westin and Vistana Signature Experiences, is scheduled to open its doors in Kaanapali next summer. The resort will feature nearly 400 villa-style units and 16 oceanfront acres on Kaanapali Beach.

The newest property from Westin is highly anticipated, and will offer a variation of different suites and rooms. The property includes one, two, and three-bedroom villas not far from North Kaanapali Beach. All designs and furnishings have been carefully appointed to provide visitors with a distinct Hawaiian experience. This includes the Puuhonua o Nanea Cultural Center, which will provide innovative and educational services that honor the local culture of the island.

Angela Nolan, area managing director of Hawaii Villas for Vistana Signature Experiences, said:

“The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas will offer guests a luxurious experience that is steeped in rich Hawaiian culture and tradition. Upon its completion, a hinai (fish basket) will be featured at the center of the lobby. The hinai symbolizes both the stories of old Hawaii and the unwritten stories of our guests. We are thrilled to begin taking reservations, which kicks off the memory-making and story-writing of our guests’ Kaanapali vacations.”

The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas will also come replete with a dazzling array of amenities. A huge lagoon-style swimming pool, children’s area, oceanfront cabanas, and a complete fitness studio top the list of on-site services. The resort will also house a full-service restaurant and a poolside bar. Guests will also be able to take advantage of the many amenities next door at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas.

The new resort is opening reservations soon for guests, and Vistana Signature Experiences will soon be opening up opportunities for potential timeshare buyers. To celebrate, the resort is offering a special reservation rate from November 18th until December 4th, with rates starting at $625 per night for a two bedroom suite (some restrictions may apply).
