Anantara Vacation Club Expands its Market Reach and Announces Brand Achievements and Plans for 2017

Asia’s leading luxury vacation ownership company, Anantara Vacation Club, has just announced their recent brand achievements including developing their room inventory, enhancing owner services, and offering creative family programming.
Anantara Vacation Club grew and evolved throughout 2016. They opened Anantara Vacation Club Chiang Mai and added more Club inventory at Anantara Vacation Club at Riverside Bangkok. They also launched the Family Fun Programme at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket that offers owners a wide variety of activities for all ages. Renovations were also completed at Anantara Vacation Club at Oaks Shore in New Zealand, unveiling a more modern, updated resort.
The company also partnered with three Dorsett Hospitality International properties in Wuhan, Lushan, and Chengdu through the Global Traveller programme. Hotels in Tivoli located all across Portugal were also added to the Club Escapes programme. As Portugal was recently named the most sought after destination in Western Europe, the partnership further enhances the offerings of Anantara Vacation Club significantly.
Anantara Vacation Club also added a Japanese language option to its customer service portfolio in 2016, introduced a call back request function, and even added a new live chat to its website all in the past year. This greatly improved the service offerings of the company. Maurizio Bisicky was also appointed to oversee their expanding commercial, service, and hospitality operations.
In the new year, Anantara Vacation Club plans to continue to grow and establish a presence in the United Arab Emirates. Maurizio Bisicky commented:
