DAE now employs 200 people across the globe and is also the most awarded service provider in the industry. From such small beginnings, CEO and co-founder Francis Taylor never thought he would see a 20 year milestone with this company:

“At the start all we had was an idea to provide an outstanding customer experience for owners who had become frustrated and disengaged with the entire exchange process. What we created was a model that centred around the experience of the member at the heart of the transaction. If somebody had said to us in the beginning that we would grow to have 11 offices around the world, look after hundreds of thousands of families and send them on vacation every year, belong to industry associations all around the globe and have a good name, reputation and standing within the industry, I might not have believed them. But here we are.”

DAE offers free membership and very low exchange fees.
