Pueblo Bonito Celebrates 30th Anniversary

This year, Pueblo Bonito Golf & Spa Resorts is celebrating their 30th anniversary. This premier hotel firm started with a hotel in Mazatlan in 1987 and has grown into a dominant player within the Los Cabos vacation destination.
Pueblo Bonito is a family-owned business, offering five all-inclusive hotels and two villa properties in Los Cabos and Mazatlan. The brand set the bar for luxury travel 30 years ago with its first hotel, and made a similar impact when they opened their first resort in Cabo San Lucas in 1991.
In 2001, Pueblo Bonito opened the Emerald Bay Resort & Spa in Nuevo Mazatlan, featuring large accommodations, gorgeous pools, and a luxury spa on a private beach. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach opened in 2002, located just 10 minutes from the downtown area of Cabo San Lucas. This family-friendly property offers a 2.5 mile stretch of beach with 635 accommodation suites.
After debuting Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was unveiled in 2005. This resort highlights the beauty of the Baja Peninsula’s mountain-desert-ocean environment and is an adults-only, all-inclusive hotel.
Pueblo Bonito’s golf course, Quivira Golf Club, was designed by Jack Nicklaus and was named “Best New International Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine after opening in 2014.
Last year, Towers at Pacifica opened as a “resort within a resort,” offering VIP amenities like 24-hour butler service and a new gourmet restaurant serving Baja cuisine. The Market at Quivira was also added in 2016, providing a variety of eateries. It has since quickly become Cabo’s top gastronomic “food hall” experience.
After 30 years of incredible achievements, Pueblo Bonito continues to grow and exceed the expectations of all guests by offering the highest quality service. You can find more about their properties by visiting the company’s official website.
