Vistana Signature Experiences Resorts Win TripAdvisor Distinctions

Vistana Signature Experiences, the developer of Sheraton and Westin-branded vacation ownership resorts, was recently recognized by TripAdvisor through the website’s Certificate of Excellence awards. 16 properties in the Vistana network earned the distinction, marking the brand’s dedication to providing quality accommodations and vacation experiences.
The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awards recognize hotels and resorts that earn positive reviews on the site by former guests and the TripAdvisor community. Now in its seventh year, the award offers an indicator of high-quality for potential guests and timeshare owners, and the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame recognizes properties that consistently earn the reward.
This year, Vistana Signature Experiences had 16 of its resorts qualify for the award. Steve Williams, chief commercial officer for the company, spoke to the significance of the achievement:
