Diamond Resorts Names Jim Mikolaichik New CFO

International vacation ownership and hospitality leader Diamond Resorts has just announced its newest Chief Financial officer, Jim Mikolaichik.

Mikolaichik has over 25 years of global financial and strategic planning experience including budgeting, financial services, resort operations, sales and marketing management, corporate HOA accounting, and corporate development. He has most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hilton Grand Vacations where he led all finance-related matters in the tax-free spin of Hilton Grand Vacations and the acquisition of Elara by HGV in Las Vegas.

Diamond Resorts CEO Michael Flasket was excited to talk about this latest development:

This decision comes shortly after previous Diamond Resorts International’s Chief Financial Officer, Peter Crage, announced his retirement.
