El Cid Resorts has once again proved its commitment to quality vacations for its guests as they win the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence at multiple resorts and on-site restaurants, as well as one of their subsidiary companies in Mexico. These awards are determined by guest reviews on TripAdvisor that have been left over the past year.

TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence is one of the top recognitions in the hospitality industry. Over a 12-month period, the website accounts for all of the reviews submitted by travelers and guests. In order to qualify, a business has to maintain an overall rating of four stars and be listed on TripAdvisor throughout that entire 12 month period.
These recognitions can be difficult to achieve as they do not require any additional steps or payment. These certificates are solely based on the experience guests and travelers have with these businesses and if they so choose to review them on the TripAdvisor website. It’s El Cid’s attention to detail, focus on the customer, and dedication to exceptional vacations that have helped them win these certificates in 2016, 2017, and now 2018.
