Banyan Tree Group Announces 26 Hotel Signings to Open by End of 2022

Renowned international premium resorts, hotel, residences, and spas operator and developer, Banyan Tree Group will have a variety of new properties join the ranks of their 48 existing hotels in operation following the signing of 26 successful hotel agreements across its four brands in 2018. Seven new locations have an anticipated opening throughout 2019.
These new properties will consist of 10 Angsana, 9 Dhawa, 5 Banyan Tree, and 2 Cassia hotels and resorts. These projects will be located across Greater China, Fiji, Palau, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Austria, and Spain with expectant completion dates sprinkled throughout the next three years. This new agreement excludes the around 12 existing projects and negotiations that have beens started by Banyan Tree’s new minority investors and strategic partners, Accor and Vanke.
Banyan Tree focuses on increasing its presence in distinct Asia-Pacific, Oceania, Greater China, and European vacation destinations and continue the objective of providing sustainable growth and development to the communities around their properties as well as embracing the nature that surrounds their hotels.
