Ocean Tower by Hilton Grand Vacations Club Is Officially Open

Ocean Tower by Hilton Grand Vacations Club has opened its first phase to become the fourth property in Waikoloa, the ninth overall in Hawaii, and the first of its brand to have direct oceanfront views on the Hawaii Island.

This first phase includes 72 units—18 studios, 24 one-bedroom suites, 24 two-bedroom suites, and six three-bedroom suites. Each room will be decorated with unique Hawaiian designs that are shown through their textures, finishes, and colors that mimic the nature surrounding the property. Suites will have ocean or resort views, full kitchens, living and dining areas, private balconies, and soaking tubs. When this multi-phase project is finished, there will be around 350 units that will also feature upgraded penthouse residences.

Outside of the rooms, there is plenty to do and see. The property’s state-of-the-art fitness center will soon be complete and guests can utilize the amenities found in the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Three pools, a salt water lagoon, tennis courts, restaurants, shops, and the Kohala Spa are just a few ways they can spend their time.

While celebrating this accomplishment with other company leaders, HGV President and CEO Mark Wang stated:

“We are thrilled to open this magnificent oceanfront resort in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Ocean Tower continues to showcase our strong relationship with Hilton and Park Hotels & Resorts, marked by our first property within the iconic Hilton Waikoloa Village. Our expansion in Hawaii reflects our long-term commitment to providing a lifetime of vacations for our owners and guests in their most sought-after destinations.”

While the excitement of Ocean Tower will remain for some time, the team at Hilton Grand Vacations looks ahead to their other new Hawaii properties in Maui and Waikiki with anticipated openings in 2021 and 2022.
