WorldMark Orlando Kingstown Reef Announces Property Renovations and Expansion

WorldMark Orlando Kingstown Reef is almost ready to begin extensive renovations to their property. These changes will include a two-building expansion that will house 87 new timeshare units for their guests, more than doubling the size of the resort.
The updated Florida Keys-inspired resort will have new one-, two-, and three-bedroom timeshare suites that will sleep anywhere from 2-8 guests with amenities like full kitchens, living and dining areas, and state-of-the-art technology. There will even be a handful of Presidential two-, three-, and four-bedroom suites that are a bit larger and will have enhanced features for guests. Existing suites will also have some excellent updates which will include new, modern furniture and appliances to represent the true quality of the WorldMark brand and what their owners have come to expect during their vacations.
Common area changes will include converting a portion of the current check-in area to a new sales center to welcome interested timeshare owners who would like to learn more about owning at this particular WorldMark location. The current on-site pools, fitness center, and sports will remain as-is.
The Outside Lab will develop this renovation and expansion project while Ndeavor will represent the current owners. After the project has been completed, Wyndham Destinations will purchase the new suites as well as manage the marketing and sales of resort operations, vacation ownership, and the timeshare homeowners’ association.
