staySky Vacation Clubs Hosts Second Annual Health & Wellness Event for Employees

Award-winning Orlando-based resort group staySky Vacation Clubs held their second “The Better You” health screening event in partnership with staySky Hotels & Resorts, Florida Blue, and All Trust at The Enclave Lake Buena Vista Resort and corporate office at Kirkman Point on May 6th-8th.

This event allowed staySky employees to participate in free health screenings with immediate results for a number of common medical concerns including blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol. In addition to the screenings, employees had the opportunity to meet with healthcare professionals to discuss nutritional, dietary, and exercise needs. 150 of staySky employees and guests attended the event with 67 of those people participating in the health screenings.

Attendees could also enter giveaways and raffles offered through the vendors at the event. Vendors included popular businesses like LA Fitness, Simmonds Dental, Bay Hill Eye Care, Met Life, AFLAC, Lincoln Financial, Williamsburg Physical Medicine, Shoes for Crews, Inner Balancing Touch Acupuncture, ACA, AAA, Sam’s Club, DeVry, and Central FL Educators Credit Union. Additionally, there were free chair massages offered by way of skyStay’s renowned Reflections Spa & Salon.
