Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences Receives RCI Gold Crown Awards

In a recent ceremony at Sunset Marina hotel, Sunset World Resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, Hacienda Tres Rios, Sunset Royal, Sunset Fishermen, and Sunset Marina received the Gold Crown recognition from the world’s leading external exchange company, RCI. Sunset World Resorts has kept up leadership in the vacation club sector of the Mexican Caribbean for many years.
Hacienda Tres Ríos, Sunset Marina and Sunset Fishermen hotels also received The Excellence in Service wars. This award is only presented to 10% of the hotels that are affiliated with RCI. Additionally, the Sunset Fisherman hotel received the Premier All Inclusive award for the second year in a row.
Lastly, Orlando Arroyo, CEO of Sunset World Resorts, was presented with the President’s Award for the amount of business that Club Sunset has generated for RCI.
“The RCI Gold Crown is awarded to its affiliates based on the positive evaluation of its members through a survey they receive when they return home,” said Alejandra Espinoza, RCI’s Regional Director of Business Development of RCI. She added, “This survey is based on five quality criteria in which Sunset World Group hotels have obtained outstanding scores year after year.”
Orlando Arroyo commented on the great honor it is to receive these awards on behalf of the group’s staff members. As without them, this high recognition from RCI would not be possible.
