Wyndham Rewards Returns As Title Sponsor at 80th Annual Wyndham Championship

Wyndham Rewards has returned to the 80th Wyndham Championship as the title sponsor. Hosted at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina, the renowned rewards program helped welcome thousands of guests to what’s considered to be the most fan-friendly PGA tournament.

Running July 30 through August 4, Wyndham Championship is a week-long event filled with travel-themed fun for those who participate. Wyndham Rewards welcomes visitors to join their program, as well as give back to local charities located in the Piedmont Triad. Not only will this excitement fuel those to attend, but as the last stop of the regular season, some of the world’s best golfers are competing to place in the Wyndham Rewards Top 10. This recognition includes a $10 million grand prize that will be split among the Top 10 regular season finishers.

From a host of new fan-centric experiences to the added excitement surrounding the first-ever Wyndham Rewards Top 10, this year’s tournament promises to be fans’ most rewarding yet.”

If the tournament wasn’t enough, there are events for fans to participate in. Located around the course will be ten “destinations” hosted by Wyndham Rewards. The first 100 visitors to visit each location every day and collect commemorative pins will receive amazing rewards. Wyndham Rewards points, access to the Club Wyndham beach viewing platform, and ticket upgrades are just a few of the prizes to be won. Fans can also use social media to win even more by tagging @WyndhamChamp, @WyndhamRewards, and hashtagging #WyndhamRewardsTop10.

Other favorite activities during the week are photos with the #6 Wyndham Rewards NASCAR Ford Fusion, live-action sand sculpting, Margaritaville at Wyndham, and another prize attraction called “Key to Wyn.” Participants will have the chance to swipe a key card to unlock a door to a number of prices like televisions, appliances, free nights at Wyndham locations, and more.
