RCI Introduces New Mobile App for Better Membership Experience


The world’s largest external timeshare exchange company, RCI, has just introduced its new mobile app which has been created to make booking vacations simpler, faster, and more convenient for its 3.8 million exchange members.

RCI members are now able to more easily exchange their vacation ownerships utilizing the company’s new and improved mobile app. They will have access to the over 4,300 affiliated resorts within RCI’s database thanks to the app’s seamless blend of updated technology and secure access. The company focused on bringing the many benefits of desktop functionality to mobile use which is ideal for members who would prefer to plan their vacations via their phone or smart tablet.

RCI Exchange’s Senior VP of Global Strategic Growth & Development Fiona Downing stated:

“At RCI, our focus is on making sure that our members can easily and intuitively exchange their timeshare to explore the world at our 4,300 affiliated resorts. Our completely redesigned mobile app offers our members an enhanced user experience and puts the focus on their vacations.”

Some more specific technology features of the new RCI app include an engaging Home Screen, intuitive navigation tools, a calendar layout with optimized search functionality, and a personalized dashboard based on membership type. The custom information displayed on the dashboard and Home Screen when members open the app will include items like upcoming vacations and trading eligibility.

The app interface upgrade was inspired and directed by customer feedback the company has received over time. Some other benefits influenced by this feedback include direct customer support contact through the app, Touch ID availability for secure access, push notifications, persistent login through the booking process, and more.

US-based RCI members can now download the app on both the App Store and Google Play.
