Legendary Buys Out Superior Waterfront Properties in HarborWalk Village Ownership

Legendary affiliate LMI Holding, LLC has just announced the full ownership repurchase of HarborWalk Village in Destin, Florida from Superior Waterfront Properties, LLC. These two companies have been equal partners in the HarborWalk Village and adjoining Emerald Grande Towers for the past nine years, and are both excited with what the future has to hold.

LMI Holding’s Chief Executive Peter H. Bos stated:

“Bobby Guidry and his company, Superior, have been wonderful partners for many years. Mr. Guidry’s business acumen and financial strength have contributed immeasurably to the economic growth, stability, and success of our project here in Destin. We thank Mr. Guidry for his contributions as our partner in HarborWalk and the Emerald Grande, which has been Legendary’s flagship project for the past 25 years, and we are proud to once again be the sole owner of the project.”

Destin’s HarborWalk and Emerald Grande Towers are an expansive, 14-acre waterfront mixed-use development location with over 100,000+-square-feet of commercial festival marketplace and 289 guest condominium accommodations. These units are leased or sold for individual use, have direct rentals to the public, and are available for fractional ownership through its vacation ownership partner, Wyndham Vacation Club. The Village has a variety of tenants including restaurants, water activity vendors, mobile vending, retail, attractions, kiosks, and 23 charter fishing boats for their guests to utilize. In addition to its everyday activities, the Village is also the hub of many seasonal activities including parades, firework displays, and live music which both vacationers and locals are welcome to come and enjoy.
