The Grand Pacific Resorts’ Experience is Coming Soon to Tahoe Sands Resort

Grand Pacific Resorts is bringing its timeshare management expertise to Tahoe Sands Resort, located on Tahoe’s North Shore. This will be the fourth property in the Lake Tahoe region that is managed by Grand Pacific Resorts. Owners at Tahoe Sands Resort will be able to enjoy this experience starting on January 1, 2021.

Tahoe Sands Resort is a gorgeous lakefront property that features a private beach and stunning views of the water. Accommodations are offered as stand-alone cottages in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. Guests can enjoy access to a lake with a private beach, miles of private trails, and the many Tahoe area ski resorts.

Grand Pacific Resorts will manage resort operations, Owner services, as well as exchange and rental services at Tahoe Sands Resort. They will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate Advanced Financial Company (AFC). Current owners at Tahoe Sands Resort will also have access to weekly and nightly rentals and extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX).
