Grand Pacific Resorts to Manage Tahoe Sands Resort in Tahoe

Grand Pacific Resorts has just announced its fourth Tahoe resort, Tahoe Sands Resort on Tahoe’s North Shore. The award-winning timeshare management group will begin management of this property on January 1, 2020.

Situated on Tahoe’s North Shore in beautiful Tahoe Vista, Tahoe Sands Resort is a four-acre lakefront property with a large private beach and unmatched views. The resort offers studios as well as one- and two-bedroom stand-alone cottages. It is said to be the ideal destination for travelers who love the outdoors as it is not only close to the water, but also to many nearby trails and the Tahoe area ski resorts.

Grand Pacific Resort has entered a full-service management agreement with the property which includes resort operations, Owner services, exchange services, rental services, service maintenance fee billing, and collections through its affiliate, Advanced Financial Company. Owners will be able to keep their existing benefits and also have access to weekly and nightly rentals, extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange, and an exclusive Owners-only exchange network from Grand Pacific Resorts.
