Capital Vacations Has Announced Management Services Contract Renewals at Multiple Resort Destinations

Leading provider of management services and solutions for independent timeshare resorts, Capital Vacations, has announced that it will continue its partnership with a number of timeshare associations in South Florida, Massachusetts, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These associations include the Hollywood Beach Tower, Topsiders Resort, Ventura at Boca Raton, The Ponds at Foxhollow, and Bluebeard’s Castle Resort.
Capital Vacations first started delivering management services to Hollywood Beach Tower in 2009, and offered ownership opportunities to its members in 2016. Capital Vacation opened a new on-site sales center in 2019 at this 184-unit oceanfront property.
The Topsiders Resort features two-bedroom stilted vacation homes located on the shores of Islamorada in the Florida Keys.
Ventura at Boca Raton is composed of two- and three-bedroom townhouses located just steps away from the beach on Florida’s Gold Coast with easy access to Boca Raton and the surrounding areas of Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
Capital Vacations has extended its management contract outside of South Florida with Bluebeard’s Castle Resort on the island of St. Thomas and The Ponds at Foxhollow in Lenox, Mass.
“Bluebeard’s Castle Resort and Capital Vacations have been great partners for more than ten years now,” said Orvin Sanes, general manager. “We’re thrilled to continue our partnership, especially as we have completed an extensive renovation.”
Bluebeard’s Castle Resort features 163 hilltop units that overlook the Charlotte Amalie Harbor. With aid from Capital Vacations and their management services, the resort was recently able to complete an extensive renovation including unit renovations and a new on-site restaurant and brewery.
The Ponds at Foxhollow is located in the middle of the Berkshire Mountains. This gorgeous New England property boasts 48 condo units and over 220 acres with a wide variety of recreational and cultural activities to enjoy all year-round.
