Hilton Grand Vacations Expands Portfolio With First Mexico Timeshare Resort

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has opened its first timeshare resort property in Mexico, La Pacifica Los Cabos by Hilton Club. Situated in one of Mexico’s most popular destinations, Los Cabos, the property began accepting offers on the 74 units available and are now ready to welcome owners and guests to enjoy all of its offerings.

La Pacifica Los Cabos by Hilton Club is located just off the Gulf of California and provides its visitors with exclusive access to 11.3 miles of swimmable beach. The 74 accommodations are a combination of studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites with amenities like full kitchens or wet bars, living areas, dining areas, private balconies or terraces, and five-fixture baths. Many of these rooms also feature partial or full ocean views.
The open-air lobby greets each new guest and provides their first views of the ocean. The resort also includes four swimming pools, seven dining and beverage facilities, two swim-up bars, a fitness center, a retail space, a full-service spa, and more. In addition to all of these amenities, owners and guests also have access to the amenities offered at Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort like the new Enclave Beach Club and a waterfront bar.
With the help of Los Angeles-based interior architecture and design firm, Indidesign, HGV was able to transform 87 rooms within the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort to become 74 beautiful timeshare units with contemporary design. Together, HGV and Indidesign maximized the use of each space while also updating the suites with new modern fixtures and finishes that are inspired by the vibrant city of Los Cabos.
