Interval International Welcomes Green Coast Resort and Residences to Network of Affiliates

Interval International has announced the addition of Green Coast Resort and Residences in Palasa, Albania, to its global network of resorts. Green Coast Resort and Residences first opened in 2019 and sits on the picturesque Albanian coastline across from the Italian peninsula. The final phase of the property is expected to be completed in 2022.
Green Coast Resort and Residences is the latest venture by the Balfin Group, one of Albania’s largest privately held investment companies. The company is known best for developing shopping centers, industrial parks, and upscale commercial and residential real estate properties across Albania and Austria.
Darren Ettridge, senior vice president of resort sales and business development for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia for Interval International, commented:

Green Coast Resort and Residences will feature 450 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas and apartments once completed. These units will offer open-plan living and dining areas, full kitchens, private pools, and furnished patios with views of the sea or mountains. On-site, the resort will offer bars and restaurants, a grocery store, and a sports center for a variety of activities.

New owners who participate in the rental program at Green Coast Resort and Residences will be enrolled as individual members of Interval International.
