Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas Unveils New Private Pool Residences

Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has officially launched its impressive collection of expansive private pool residences, now the largest in the world. This multi-million-dollar renovation started in 2020 to redesign the property’s four-, three-, and two-bedroom beach pool residences. The renovations were inspired by the natural beauty of the island and its gorgeous white sandy shoreline.

The two-bedroom over-water pool residences are perched over a sparkling lagoon with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Both of these units were completed earlier this year. These expansive suites offer floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and an outdoor area with an infinity pool. There are also netted hammocks suspended over the water for the ultimate lounging experience.

The redesign of the residences also included the addition of a gym equipped with the latest technology and a couples’ spa treatment room. The four-bedroom beach pool residence is a standalone villa with its own ensuite, infinity pool, and dining pavilion. Like the over-water pool residence, the beachfront residence’s architecture reflects the Kajan palm roofs and Balau decks. They offer newly extended swimming pools, an outdoor Sala Thai, gym, and double spa treatment room.
