Sunset World Group Recognized by RCI with Gold Crown Award and Excellence in Service

Leading external exchange company, RCI, recognized Sunset World Group by presenting two of their resorts with the 2019-2020 RCI Gold Crown award: Hacienda Tres Rios and Sunset Fishermen in the Riviera Maya, and Sunset Royal and Sunset Marina in Cancun. Additionally, RCI presented the Excellence in Service award to Hacienda Tres Rios and Sunset Royal and Sunset Marina.
All four of the Sunset World Group hotels have previously been awarded the Gold Crown award since their openings. This is also the second time Sunset Marina and Sunset Royal has received the RCI Excellence in Service award and the fourth time for Hacienda Tres Rios.
The awards ceremony was held on June 2, 2021, where Sunset World Group CEO Orlando Arroyo welcomed everyone through video. Annie Arroyo, Corporate Director of Brand and Communication and Martha Richardson, Corporate Director of Operations and the sales managers hosted the ceremony. RCI was remotely represented as well as the managers of the four hotels and their teams.
