Dave Thomas Foundation Names Hilton Grand Vacations On Its US’ Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces List

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has just announced that it has been in the top 100 companies on the Dave Thomas Foundation’s “Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” list for the second consecutive year. This list recognizes organizations who work to create a supportive adoption environment for their employees.
HGV ranked 45 in the top 100 companies and ranked 1 in the hotel and travel industry for the “Best By Industry” list.
Pablo Brizi, HGV Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer & Corporate Affairs, was excited to discuss this recognition:

To help offset the cost of adoption, Hilton Grand Vacations provides its corporate, hourly, and resort-based team members adoption assistance benefits up to $10,000 per child. The company also offers all eligible US team members who have been with the company 90 days 12 weeks of paid parental leave. Its parental leave policy applies to birth parents, adoptive parents, and parents who have a child via surrogacy.

2021 marks the 15th annual survey conducted by the Dave Thomas Foundation. In partnership with RTI International, an independent nonprofit research institute, organizations were selected for the “Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” based on items like paid leave, financial reimbursement, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits
