Wyndham Destinations Opens Dual-Branded Resort in Downtown Atlanta

Leading vacation ownership company Wyndham Destinations has just announced one of its most innovative projects to date with a dual-branded resort tower in beautiful downtown Atlanta. Not only is this the company’s first property in the city, but it also introduces a new type of timeshare model for both its Club Wyndham and Margaritaville Vacation Club brands.

Club Wyndham and Margaritaville Vacation Club now share the 22-story tower located on the edge of Centennial Olympic Park, which puts its guests in the heart of Atlanta’s most beloved neighborhoods for a variety of restaurants, historic sites, shops, and more.

The property will include 200 suites often with in-room features like multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, living spaces, and some units with laundry machines. Some exciting common space amenities include a rooftop terrace with a pool and bar, Margaritaville® Restaurant, and more.

For a more modern aesthetic and experience, Club Wyndham Atlanta is a great option. Guests can enjoy the brand’s floor-to-ceiling windows, breathtaking city views, sophisticated color palettes, and urban modern materials.

Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham — Atlanta provides visitors with the laid-back environment the brand offers at all of its properties but in a city setting. There are one-, two-, and three-bedroom deluxe and presidential suites available with amenities like full kitchens, separate living and dining areas, as well as Frozen Concoction Maker® so guests can make their favorite drinks without ever having to leave their rooms.

Additionally, there is also a two-story Margaritaville Restaurant which is open to the public and includes three bars: the 5 o’Clock Somewhere® Bar, the License to Chill® Bar, and the Tiki Bar. The restaurant offers beautiful lookouts of Centennial Park with retractable windows for an open-air experience and Margaritaville Restaurants’ expansive menu and signature items.

Wyndham Destinations’ COO Geoff Richards stated:

“We’re not only changing the skyline of this incredible city, but we’re also changing the way our owners and guests experience Atlanta. Atlanta is one of the most popular leisure travel destinations in the country and this new resort will act as the premier home-base for visitors to enjoy everything the city has to offer. We appreciate the support of the City of Atlanta and are proud to join this vibrant community with a world-class vacation destination.”

Some nearby points of interest for visitors include The Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, and Center for Civil and Human Rights.
