Hilton Grand Vacations Celebrates The Beach Resort Sesoko, a Hilton Club with Grand Opening

Hilton Grand Vacations has announced the grand opening of The Beach Resort Sesoko, a Hilton Club, and celebrated with an official ceremony. This resort is the second Hilton Grand Vacations property to open in Japan located on Sesoko Island, an island off the western coast of Okinawa.

The grand opening celebration commemorates one year of the resort being open to owners and guests. Hilton Grand Vacations continues to invest in the APAC region with a significant business base in Japan. The brand now has nearly 70,000 owners in the country.

The Beach Resort Sesoko is located near natural caves, cultural heritage sites, and the white sands of Sesoko Beach. The resort provides HGV owners with access to the sights, culture, and cuisine of Sesoko. The Beach Resort Sesoko is located conveniently close to the Naha Airport and features 140 rooms with a studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. The accommodations offer full kitchens, laundry machines, and private balconies with ocean views.

“We are dedicated to not only being phenomenal hosts to our guests, but also being a good neighbor to our local communities and a steward of our environment,” said Mark Wang, president and CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations. “We are involved in various initiatives to support the town of Motobu, which will be the second home to not only our team members, but owners and guests as well. Through our presence, we want to build a sense of community, and grow together to enrich the future of children, nature conservation and revitalization.”

In addition to providing owners with this stunning destination to vacation in, Hilton Grand Vacations provides opportunities for HGV team members to have a positive impact on the local communities through its Corporate Social Responsibility program, HGV Serves.

The Beach Resort Sesoko has been hosting a food drive since the summer of 2022, allowing owners and guests to donate. The food will be donated to Motobu town and “Okinawa Prefecture Mothers Square Yuihato,” which supports single-parent families.

Hilton Grand Vacations has committed to making donations to the “Motobu Town Children and Childcare Yuimaru Fund” as well. HGV Serves focuses on youth development as one of its key philanthropic pillars and is working to execute 30 volunteer and philanthropic initiatives this year in honor of the company’s 30th anniversary.

HGV is also donating to the Koinawa Churashima Foundation Research Center in an effort to bring awareness to environmental and nature preservation in Motobu. To stimulate visitors to support the local community, HGV also offers an Okinawa Premium Pass, which partners with local companies in Okinawa to provide exclusive perks and discounts for HGV members to use on meals, shopping, and activities.
