Bluegreen Vacations has announced that they are expanding their inventory of top-tier accommodations. They will be adding three new presidential suites at the MountainLoft resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

These new suites are 2,000 square feet and offer large living rooms with fireplaces, oversized windows with dramatic mountain views, sprawling bedrooms, modern kitchens, spacious bathrooms, and game rooms with pool tables.

“Multigenerational travel and multi-family trips are becoming a popular trend among our owners,” said Mr. Dusty Tonkin, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Bluegreen Vacations. “Our presidential suites are tailored to accommodate large families traveling together and the amenities propose an elevated experience for our owners to enjoy.”

Additionally, Bluegreen announced plans to build seven new presidential suites, six four-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom suite at The Fountains Resort in Orlando, Florida. This will bring the resort’s top-tier inventory to a total of 22 presidential suites. The suites will feature ensuite bathrooms, chef’s kitchens, living rooms, dining areas, and media rooms. The four-bedroom accommodations will also have a private courtyard. They are set to open in 2024.

“Bluegreen currently has over 160 presidential suites across our resorts. As we expand, we believe it is important that we continue to improve our existing product to ensure that all of our accommodations meet the evolving needs and expectations of our owners,” Mr. Tonkin continued.

Bluegreen has also announced:

  • Plans for converting the company’s newly acquired Bayside Resort and Spa in Panama City Beach, Florida to a 202-room building with studios, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as two- and three-bedroom presidential suites.
