The New Villas at Disneyland Hotel Are Officially Open

The 16th Disney Vacation Club resort—The Villas at Disneyland Hotel—in Anaheim, California, is officially open. Guests can enjoy magical Disney accommodations, fun amenities, and easy access to Disneyland.
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel features a 12-story tower, 344 rooms and suites, and endless magical elements to delight guests. Walk through the door and you are greeted with DVC’s “Welcome Home” slogan to ensure you feel right at home. You’ll then see a stunning mural created by Disney animation artist, Lorelay Bové. The mural displays Disney animation throughout the years, as well as hidden Mickeys and other easter eggs.
There are five different types of rooms and suites including the Duo Studio, Deluxe Studio, One-Bedroom Villa, Two-Bedroom Villa, and Three-Bedroom Villa. Each unit has the theme of a different Disney classic and offers homey amenities like full or partial kitchens, living rooms, private balconies, and fireplaces.
Other resort amenities include an art-palette-shaped swimming pool with a Steamboat Willie splash pad, poolside cabanas, a poolside bar, and all the other amenities at Disneyland Hotel. Plus, guests can enjoy the benefits of easy access to the Downtown Disney District and theme parks.
Dean Huspen, an Executive Architect at Walt Disney Imagineering spoke on the meticulous design of this magical resort, stating:
“This resort is all about celebrating the creative process of Disney storytelling. I think it’s important to us as a design team that we’re conveying the inspiration of storytelling in larger and smaller details, because our Disney Vacation Club members and guests really appreciate that extra touch of magic from us.”
