Hilton Grand Vacations Inc., a leader in vacation ownership and travel experiences, has been recognized as one of the top workplaces in the United States for 2025 by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group. This marks the second time the company has received this honor, which celebrates organizations that build outstanding workplace environments and foster inclusivity and employee engagement. HGV received an impressive 4.5 out of 5-star rating in the evaluation.
This recognition reflects the company’s ongoing dedication to its people-first culture, creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for more than 22,000 team members worldwide. HGV places strong emphasis on supporting employees’ well-being and career growth, helping them thrive both professionally and personally.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized once again for our commitment to creating an inspiring and supportive workplace,” said Mark Wang, president and CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations. “Our team members are at the core of everything we do, and this award reflects our continued investment in their success, happiness, and development.”
Hilton Grand Vacations offers a wide range of competitive benefits to attract and retain top talent. These include immediate access to healthcare benefits upon employment, dental and vision coverage, optional supplemental plans, and DailyPay, a benefit that allows eligible employees to access earned wages before payday. The company also participates in the Go Hilton travel program, offering industry-leading travel perks.
In 2024, HGV also introduced a new Wellness Center at its Orlando headquarters, offering on-site health services, physical therapy, and a modern fitness facility, available to over 4,000 employees and their dependents.
To cultivate belonging and celebrate diversity, HGV supports 12 employee-led Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs). These voluntary groups encourage connection and professional development among colleagues with shared backgrounds or interests, including Women, Young Professionals, Military & Families, and LGBTQ+ Pride.
The Newsweek distinction was based on a detailed evaluation that included employee feedback, publicly available data, and over 120 key metrics analyzing workplace quality, culture, and inclusion.
This recognition adds to a growing list of accolades HGV has received in 2025, including honors from USA Today’s Top Workplaces USA, U.S. News & World Report’s Best Companies to Work For, and additional Newsweek awards for workplace excellence across inclusion, state rankings, and employee demographics. HGV has also maintained its Great Place to Work® Certification for the third year in a row.
