Wyndham Worldwide recently announced that Michael D. Brown will be serving as president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Vacation Ownership effective immediately. Formerly, Brown was the acting Chief Operating Officer of Hilton Grand Vacations, and will bring over 25 years of experience, leading a wealth of knowledge in asset management and vacation ownership sales functions.

Hilton Grand Vacations has just announced their newest vacation ownership property opening in Hawaii. This new tower in Waikiki is the fifth Hilton Grand Vacations property on Oahu and the eighth in all of Hawaii.

Hilton Worldwide Holdings announced yesterday the completion of its spin-offs of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. and Hilton Grand Vacations. The company now operates three independent, publicly traded companies.

Hilton Grand Vacations donated money to three charities based in the brand’s home town of Orlando. Donations are in support of the recovery efforts made towards the tragic event at the Pulse nightclub in June.
