Hilton Grand Vacations Opens The District by Hilton Club in Washington

Hilton Grand Vacations has just announced the opening of The District by Hilton Club, the largest timeshare property in Washington D.C. The District is located on the top three floors of Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. Georgetown, HGV’s first resort property in the city.

Located between Georgetown and Dupont Circle, The District provides guests with a prime location near great restaurants, shops, nightlife, and all of the historical museums, monuments, and memorials.

The three floors of The District offer 96 large one-bedroom suites and 12 two-bedroom suites. Resort amenities include a fitness center, heated indoor pool, restaurant and bar, business center, arcade room, a market, and a private owners’ lounge area.

Hilton Grand Vacations is working to expand their portfolio of urban travel and vacation options for its members, and The District provides a new and exciting setting close to all that Washington D.C. has to offer. They are also working on The Residences by Hilton Club located in the New York Hilton Midtown. This property is expected to open in Spring of 2018. Hilton Grand Vacations also offers resorts in Manhattan and West 57th Street, both in the heart of New York City.
