Oyster Bay Beach Timeshare Resort Chooses SPI Orange Property Management Software

One of many timeshare and vacation ownership industry announcements made during last week’s American Resort Development Association convention (ARDA World 2012) was one made by Oyster Bay Beach Resort’s management company, Iron Shore NV and sister company Ansley Associates, Inc. The  Caribbean timeshare resort’s  management company announced that Oyster Bay Beach Resort will now be utilizing timeshare software from provider SPI Software.

Michael Dolente Esq., partner at Ansley Associates, explains, “We turned to SPI because we wanted the best timeshare PMS system. Until this point, we had been using an outdated system. We looked for software that would be flexible and timeshare-oriented. SPI Orange will enable us to easily track our members’ use of their resort privileges, enhance their guest experience on site and fully integrate with our on-property guest services and point-of-sale.”

Oyster Bay Beach Resort is a unique Caribbean timeshare, tucked away among tropical palms on the island of St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, in the beautiful Caribbean. The 138 timeshare unit property is located on an 8-acre peninsula with pristine shoreline. The resort is known and loved as an island hideaway, with Moorish arches, natural stone towers and romantic balconies.
