Festiva Hospitality Expands its Florida Timeshare Properties

The Festiva Hospitality Group has acquired the Florida timeshare property, Celebration World Resort. Located in Kissimmee, Florida, just south of Orlando, Celebration World Resort expects a rebirth and revitalization as part of the Festiva timeshare family.
Don Clayton, chief executive officer and co-founder of Festiva Hospitality Group, explains, “There was a 55% delinquency rate existing among the owners, along with several other cosmetic and operational challenges. Festiva has committed to fix those issues with financial contributions for renovations as well drastic operational changes and improvements.”
Improvements Already Underway at this Florida Timeshare
Effective with the acquisition comes a name change for the Florida timeshare property from Celebration World Resort to Festiva Orlando Resort. Also already underway is the multi-million-dollar refurbishment and renovations of the resort which, as Don Clayton explains, will yield a, “ … high-quality and financially stable resort in one of the best vacation destinations in the world that can be enjoyed by its owners as well as Festiva’s existing members.”
Additionally, current owners at this Kissimmee, Florida timeshare resort are being told to expect not only repairs to the resort but upgraded accommodations and amenities with access to additional benefits and vacation opportunities through the Festiva timeshare network and vacation services.
For Festiva timeshare, this acquisition is likewise beneficial, allowing the Ashville, North Carolina based company to expand its presence in the always-popular Central Florida vacation area. A new destination in Florida also provides a new vacation resort option to members of the Festiva Adventure Club.
