Some 300 condo-hotel units in the Las Vegas tower of Trump International have been sold to Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare. In a transaction estimated to be worth $100 million, Trump International sales manager Matt Brimhall was quoted as saying the units have been on the market for between $240,000 and $350,000 each. Now Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare will sell the units as timeshare intervals, with occupancy expected to be available in early 2013.

The newly purchased units at Trump International all include state of the art appliances, marble bathrooms with double sinks and large whirlpool tubs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and flat-screen TVs as part of their luxurious décor. Hotel amenities feature a fitness center and salon, fine dining restaurants, an award winning day spa, and outdoor heated pool and sundeck, along with a full-service business center.

Hilton Grand Vacations timeshares also owns timeshare resorts on the Vegas Strip at Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo, Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip, and Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Las Vegas Hilton Timeshare. Late last year, the former Westgate Resorts tower at Planet Hollywood was rebranded as a Hilton timeshare.
