Dial An Exchange, known as the world’s largest privately owned timeshare exchange provider, has been selected by Leisure Logistics as the exchange services provider for Leisure Logistics’ customer loyalty product, which is called Leisure Points. Dial An Exchange with its worldwide inventory of timeshare vacation destinations, will be supporting the timeshare exchange platform for Leisure Points, offering timeshare vacation options to timeshare owners seeking more choices in how they exchange timeshare intervals.

Catherine O’Leary, President of Leisure Logistics, says, “For those business clients that are able to offer an alternative or additional exchange solution, this is a perfect match for our suite of products. We have built a loyalty product designed to drive customer retention and help increase the overall value of ownership, so a solid exchange service is a natural fit.” O’Leary adds, “Now, by adding an exchange component, we round out the benefits package to timeshare owners altogether.”

The Leisure Points system rewards owners while nurturing customer loyalty and encouraging engagement. By providing data on the demographics and buying patterns of customers, developers can better customize products, services, and offerings, potentially increasing profits while growing brand loyalty.

Fermin Cruz, Vice President of the Americas Region for Dial An Exchange describes the Leisure Points system by Leisure Logistics, saying, ““We were extremely impressed with how drop-dead simple the technology is for the end user. It’s very intuitive. We are glad to be supporting the exchange service that will be offered to members.”

Today, Dial An Exchange has nearly 450,000 members, a strong network of corporate customers and maintains timeshare exchange offices in the United States, China, Thailand, India, South Africa, New Zealand,  Australia, Eastern Europe, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

The Leisure Points proprietary loyalty program was developed by CTO Paul Heath, who has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, along with a team of hospitality veterans with experience in timeshare and hotel development, vacation ownership sales, marketing, finance, website design and marketing, and SaaS web platform development.
