Wyndham Worldwide Included on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity List

Wyndham Worldwide, owner of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, has made the list of DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity. This is second consecutive year that Wyndham has made the 14th annual Top 50 list. This year the company has moved up seven spots to be ranked number 39.
Organizations from a variety of industries were considered for the DiversityInc list. Those included on the Top 50 list showed a great effort from leadership, communications, and recruitment to support a diversified work environment.
Chairman and CEO, Wyndham Worldwide, Stephen P. Holmes shared,

Wyndham Worldwide is committed to enriching to diversifying their organization through their Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Within the organization, Wyndham has created a unique Diversity Curriculum for its employees.
For their leadership team, Wyndham has created training programs like the “Worldwide Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Workshop”. Wyndham also promotes Associate Business Groups so that employees from different divisions can network together.
Through Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the organization has diversified their owner program to create even more opportunities for member enjoyment.
