staySky Hotels & Resorts Introduces New Vacation Club

The Orlando-based hospitality company staySky Hotels & Resorts announced that it will enter the timeshare industry with the staySky Vacation Club.

Last month, the company announced that four of its hotels will join the club, with its main sales center located at the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa in Orlando. Positioned in the heart of Orlando’s theme park area, it is the ideal location for the vacation club’s headquarters. The resort was also ranked as the #7 Best Hotel for Families in the U.S. by TripAdvisor.

The staySky Vacation Club will offer a variety of accommodations across four resorts. Guest rooms will vary from one-bedroom suites to four-bedroom townhouses that sleep up to ten people. The guest rooms are also extremely spacious with up to 2,170 square feet of space in the larger units.

In addition to the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa, the staySky Vacation Club will also include the Hawthorn Suites Lake Buena Vista, staySky Suites-I Drive Orlando, and the Enclave Suites.

President and CFO, René Cardinal said, “The main reason StaySky Hotels & Resorts started StaySky Vacation Club was the opportunity to market to the 80,000 arrivals per year in the properties managed, providing the Vacation Club with an in house source of tours. We opened for sales on June 14th and we are very encouraged by our early results.”

Current timeshare owners can stay at one of the new staySky resorts through Interval Internal. The club announced that they will be affiliated with the timeshare exchange company, providing their members with the chance to trade their staySky timeshare weeks for over 2,900 Interval affiliated resorts.
