Westgate Resorts Provides 1,500 Vacations to Military Families

In honor of Veterans Day, Westgate Resorts and CEO David Siegel have decided to give away 1,500 free vacations to military members and their families.

Starting November 11 at 9 a.m. eligible service members can enter to win by completing a military appreciation form on Westgate’s Website. The first 1,500 service members who complete this form will be given a complementary three-day, two-night trip to a Westgate property. Available destinations include Orlando, Florida; River Ranch, Florida; Gatlinburg, Tennessee; and Branson, Missouri.

This is the 5th year in a row that Westgate Resorts has provided free vacations to military families. Since the creation of this program, Westgate Resorts has provided over 5,000 military families with complementary vacations.

Siegel shared, “As a veteran, I understand the dedication and sacrifice required of our troops. I am incredibly proud of these national heroes, and it is our pleasure to thank them the best way we know how at Westgate Resorts — with an unforgettable vacation experience.”

To be eligible for this program, military members must have served in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or The War of Terror. Essentially this includes all military members with service dates from September 11, 2001 to preset day.

All other military members and veterans can enjoy Westgate’s Veterans Day discount, which offers 25% off accommodations now through November 11th.
