HGVC Announces New Hilton Head Timeshare Resort

Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Strand Capital Group have announced plans for a new timeshare resort in Hilton Head Island.
Strand Capital Group will assist Hilton Grand Vacations Club in the development of the new resort, which will offer a variety of timeshare ownership options.
The location of the new development is a 7-acre beachfront lot along South Forest Beach. This prestigious area offers some of the island’s most valuable real estate, making it a great location for the new property.
This resort is just the latest venture from HGVC and the Strand Capital Group. Through their five year relationship, these partners have also introduced Ocean 22 by Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Ocean 22, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is scheduled to open in July 2015.

The Hilton Head Island resort is scheduled for two phases of construction, with the first phase opening in summer 2016. HGVC plans to build four towers with a total of 125 two-bedroom suites. The resort itself will feature a large lobby, oceanfront pool, pool bar, and more.
