The National Association for Business Resources has over 20 years of experience conducting Best and Brightest Company competitions throughout the nation. For the year 2015, this honor was awarded to Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
The companies recognized as Best and Brightest are assessed by an independent research firm that reviews a number of key measurements such as compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; strategic company performance and the best of the best small business.
The companies that have been named as 2015’s Best and Brightest to Work For will be featured in the January 14th online edition of Corp! Magazine and will also receive recognition at the national Symposium and Gala held in ten major cities across the United States.
