Marriott Vacation Club Offers Discount in Appreciation of Armed Forces and First Responders

On Friday, Marriott Vacation Club announced a new promotion that will run through the end of this year for the nation’s armed forces and first responders. This rental discount is to show appreciation for all that these men and women have done for our country and will allow them to enjoy affordable vacations at more than 50 of Marriott Vacation Club’s domestic resorts.
“We’re extremely thankful for those who have defended our country and work every day to keep us safe,” said Stephen P. Weisz, president and chief executive officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide. “There’s no better way to show our appreciation than by being part of the vacation memories they’ll make with family and friends.”
This 15% discount is available to U.S. active, retired, and reserve members of the military as well as the National Guard, and first responders (police, firefighters, emergency medical personnel). Marriott Vacation Club resorts that are participating in this discount program can be found in top destinations across the country including Hawaii, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Hilton Head. Some of the new Pulse properties are also participating. These destinations include NYC, Boston, Washington DC, Lake Tahoe, and South Beach.
