Marriott Vacations Worldwide Awarded Best Employer in Nine Countries

Marriott Vacations Worldwide has been recognized as a 2016 Aon Hewitt Best Employer. Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement, and health solutions of Aon plc, hosts this program which measures and recognizes employer excellence worldwide.

Marriott Vacations Worldwide has been recognized in nine countries: Australia, Aruba, France, Ireland, Spain, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Marriott Vacations Worldwide achieved this recognition based on four categories:

1. The Engagement Index is achieved as a result of Marriott Vacation Worldwide’s employees speaking positively about their employer, intending to stay with the company, and expressed motivation by their employment experience.
2. The Leadership Index implies that Marriott Vacation Worldwide’s leaders establish and execute a clear vision for the future of the company, recognize the importance of their employees, leads everybody to success.
3. The Performance Culture Index evaluates Marriott Vacation Worldwide’s employees with their company goals and how the are awarded and/or recognized for their achievements.
4. And finally, the Employer Brand Index measures how Marriott Vacation Worldwide employees are proud of the company and know what makes the company distinctive from other work environments.
