Vacation Resorts International to Manage Florida Keys Resort

Vacation Resorts International, a provider of management and leisure services for Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), has agreed to manage the Florida Bay Club, a boutique resort located in Key Largo. The deal gives VRI sole responsibility of management, marketing programs, maintenance fee billing, and more.

Vacation Resorts International has garnered a reputation for its resort management strategies. The complete services being extended to the Florida Bay Club include:

• Budget and reserve planning
• Human resources support
• Maintenance fee billing
• Supervision of site functions
• Rental programs
• Marketing programs
• Owner communication

The move will likely improve the services and amenities offered at the resort, allowing guests and timeshare owners to further enjoy the luxury two and three bedroom condo units spread throughout the grounds. The resort is known for its island-inspired decor and vacation perks like free fishing gear and on-site boat slips on Florida Bay.
