Breckenridge Grand Vacations Unveils the Grand Colorado on Peak 8

Breckenridge Grand Vacations has just officially opened the first phase of their fourth resort, Grand Colorado on Peak 8. This is the first of five scheduled phases that was initially debuted on December 17th of 2016.
Phase one of Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is located right at the base of Peak 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Next to it are the Rocky Mountain and Colorado SuperChairs, giving guests slopeside access. The BreckConnect gondola is just steps away, allowing guests to access Peak 7 and downtown Breckenridge as well.
Opening day was celebrated with a reception at the on-site restaurant, Robbie’s Tavern at the Bergenhof where guests enjoyed a champagne toast and appetizers before checking into their new vacation ownership properties for the first time.
Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is composed of 38 luxury residences with an on-site restaurant, indoor/outdoor aquatics center, heated garage parking, shuttle service, front desk, concierge services, activities program, and ski locker rooms.
Once all the phases are completed, there will be a total of 265 residences, multiple aquatics areas, private movie theaters, an outdoor ice rink, market, cafe, arcade/game room, lobby bar, and the Infinity Spa at the Grand Colorado.

Sales of these properties in one-week increments began in December of 2014. The sales in December of 2016 totaled $7.1 million, making it the most successful December that Breckenridge Grand Vacations has ever had in its 33 years of existence.
