Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences Receives Gold Crown Awards from RCI

Quintana Roo State-based hotel chain, Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences recently received the coveted Gold Crown award from leading external exchange company, Resort Condominiums International (RCI). This recognition again proves that Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences is a leader in the vacation club industry through the Mexican Caribbean.
Sunset Royal Beach Resort is now the only resort in Cancún and the Riviera Maya to received this award for 25 consecutive years. The three other resorts that got this recognition include Hacienda Tres Ríos Resort, Spa & Nature Park, and Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club and Sunset Fishermen Beach Resort The awards ceremony took place at Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club.
The Gold Crown award is given to RCI affiliated properties based on consistent positive feedback from both members and guests. The four resorts are receiving this award as a result of their excellent reviews. Continually keeping up this level of business and service commitment is a great achievement for this hospitality brand.
When guests have an exceptional experience at a property, they fill out a satisfaction survey based on five aspects of their stay including check in/out process, employees’ hospitality, service and professionalism, facility maintenance, and unit cleanliness.
